ObjectStack AI provides an open-source, metadata-driven backend for AI-native business applications, including:

• ObjectQL (Data Layer): business objects, fields, queries, relations, validation, and data access as Zod metadata.
• ObjectOS (Control Layer): microkernel runtime, permissions, automation, plugins, tenants, and artifact loading.
• ObjectUI (View Layer): apps, views, dashboards, actions, and presentation metadata.
• Object Cloud: managed runtime for the ObjectStack kernel.
• Object Marketplace: hub for Drivers, plugins, and applications.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

ObjectStack's open-source components are licensed under Apache License 2.0 (ObjectQL and ObjectOS) and the MIT License (ObjectUI). Our proprietary components, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without our prior written consent.

6. Open Source License

The open-source portions of ObjectStack are provided under Apache License 2.0 (ObjectQL and ObjectOS) and the MIT License (ObjectUI). You are free to use, modify, and distribute them in accordance with the terms of the applicable license. The full license texts are available in our GitHub repositories.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObjectStack AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ObjectStack AI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
